Lifetime Warranty Coverage

All The Origin luggage purchased directly from us, or through an authorized retailer, is backed by our Lifetime Warranty—coverage that stays with you for life, as the original owner.

What the warranty covers

If a core component stops performing as intended, we’ve got you.

  • Broken or malfunctioning wheels
  • Handles or telescopic handles that stop performing as designed
  • Locks or zippers that no longer function as designed

What the warranty does not cover

We want this to be easy to understand—so here’s what isn’t included in standard coverage:

  • Airline damage, impact cracks, or dents from handling (covered with optional upgrades)
  • Zipper damage due to impact or unsecured use during transit
  • Cosmetic wear like surface scratches, scuffs, marks, or color changes
  • Interior wear, including lining or pockets from normal use
  • Lost or stolen luggage
  • Damage from misuse, tampering, or third-party repairs
  • Parts that are still fully functional

How a Warranty Claim Works

When something isn’t performing as designed, we keep the process straightforward.

Replacement parts first
If a part of your luggage is damaged, we will ship you a replacement part, with instructions for installation. Shipping and processing times may vary based on availability.

Replacement luggage when needed
We will ship you replacement luggage if defective components cannot be repaired or replaced.

Limited editions / discontinued items
We cannot guarantee exact replacement of limited edition, discontinued, or out-of-stock items.

Equal or greater value
We guarantee that the replacement luggage will be of equal or greater retail value to your original purchase.

Final decisions
We make replacement decisions at our discretion and reserve the right to decline a warranty claim.
