Pre-Orders, Made the Right Way
We’re taking pre-orders now. Your suitcase isn’t pulled off a shelf—it’s prepared, customized, and finished with individual care. Every The Origin Roro is inspected before it leaves: materials are carefully selected, components precisely assembled, and each customization handled individually. Some components require additional lead time, because they aren’t mass-standard. We choose precision over speed, every time.
Estimated delivery: 25–55 days (maximum) from order.
A little patience now is what prevents the surprises later—and earns you a long-term travel partner.
Domestic Shipping (Continental U.S.)
We ship online orders via FedEx or USPS within the 48 continental United States.
- Ground Service — Free for orders $99+
Free Ground Shipping applies only to orders shipped within the continental U.S. and is not available for Hawaii or Alaska. We cannot deliver to P.O. Boxes or military APO/FPO addresses.
Order Confirmation & Tracking
After you place your order, you’ll receive an email confirmation within 24 hours with your order details and order number.
When your order ships, you’ll receive a second email with your tracking number (FedEx or USPS), so you can follow it all the way to your door.

International Shipping
We partner with Global-e for international shipping. Select your destination in the country switcher to see available countries and checkout options. At checkout, you’ll see local payment methods plus calculations for shipping, duties, taxes, and any applicable customs fees.
Duties & Taxes
Duties and taxes are calculated based on the items ordered, shipment destination, and the value of your purchase. If duties and taxes are charged at checkout, they’ll appear as a separate line item (unless already included in the product price). In some countries, duties and taxes may be collected upon delivery—if so, that responsibility will be clearly noted at checkout before you place your order.
International Returns
At this time, international orders are final sale.
